Create call continuity by doing a warm transfer once you have opened your call and verified the vehicle YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, and MILEAGE.
Once a sales agent picks up they will say: “SCC – what’s the mileage?” or “SCC, who am I speaking with?”
As an OPENER – you will do a WARM TRANSFER and introduce your consumer to the sales agent/specialist by saying: “Hi, I have Tom on the line, and he’s got 125,000 miles on his 2014 Honda Civic. Tom – this is one of our Honda specialists and they’ll review the quote with you. Great speaking with you.”
THEN LEAVE 3-WAY CALL – and move onto the next call.
