The Opener Training at SCC prepares you for an entry-level position, but an important one. An opener’s main goal is to open calls for senior sales agents and transfer quality calls so they can be pitched. In order to start your role as an opener you will need to go though this course (approximately 1 hour) and then complete a reading evaluation with one of our evaluators. Click on the CURRICULUM tab and start with the first video (SCC: Who We Are & What We Do). Then continue with all the videos (27 Lessons only 1-3 minutes each) and you can come back into the Dialpad SCC Training Conference Room at the time designated for your group:
