Seeking Work-from-Home Sales Agents
We are currently looking for self motivated and disciplined individuals for remote sales team positions. If you feel you have the drive and right attitude for professional sales and are comfortable working remotely — read on.

SCC History & Culture
SCC started as a partnership between 3 veteran salesmen of the vehicle service contract industry. It was originally founded in 2006, and initially conceived as a direct marketing arm for select Chevrolet and Kia dealerships . Secure Car Care distinguished itself by offering certified, premium plans underwritten by A-rated insurers for vehicles that were outside their manufacturer’s warranty.
As the company continues to grow, our mission to help end-user consumers find the best protection plans for their vehicles still remains intact. The role of the sales agent is to respond to consumers who request a quote for auto warranty coverage. Sales agents contact consumers, verify vehicle information, present auto coverage, and then enroll them into a plan that works within their budget.
At SCC, we encourage and develop sales acumen and aptitude. Sales acumen is an understanding of how to approach a sale. Sales aptitude is the overall ability to convert prospects into paying customers. You don’t have to be a sales expert to be hired at SCC, but you should be able to speak with people in a professional and empathetic manner. You should also be aware that great salespeople develop over time with consistent training, discipline, and, most importantly, a willingness to become a better communicator.

Good Internet Connection
In order to connect to our systems and make calls through a VOIP (voice over internet protocol), you will need a good internet connection.
Our systems work best with the Windows operating system (10 or above). You can find inexpensive laptops from Acer, Dell, Samsung, or Lenovo.
USB Headset with Microphone
You will also need a USB headset. This way your hands will remain free while you go over plan coverage with the consumer.
What we expect from you
This role requires more than just equipment. There are certain traits that we look for in candidates who have a desire to learn sales and make a good living doing it.
DRIVE & DISCIPLINE
We expect punctuality and hard work
This job is Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours a week. Being on time and putting in the effort will earn you additional bonuses and spiffs. Working the leads that you’re given and logging as much call time as you can in a day is the first step toward success at SCC.
EAGERNESS & ENTHUSIASM
We expect a willingness to learn
Most great sales agents are not rockstars right out of the gate. They develop over time. You’ll need a willingness to learn and perform better as a sales agent. Following the script, listening to manager sales calls, and finding better ways to position yourself as a reliable sales agent will help you succeed.
PERSEVERANCE & POSITIVITY
We expect you to strive for more
Being a sales agent also requires fortitude. In sales, there can be a fair amount of rejection. It’s imperative that you remain positive when handling uncomfortable situations during phone calls with potential customers. Once you’ve mastered that, you’ll find that your earning potential is unlimited.
The goal for all our sales agents is to get you to a point where you are closing your own sales and earning the living you want.
These models do not include additional bonuses and spiffs, so your earning potential is even greater.
