A nationwide warranty supplier helping consumers find the right programs for their vehicle protection needs.
There are two main ways to get paid at SCC:
Front-End Pay (Hourly Rate) – this is what you will make on a weekly basis. Your hourly rate will increase dependent on how many sales you make in any one given week (Monday – Friday). Every Monday you start from 0 sales and build up throughout the week.
Back-End Pay (Retention Bonus) – this bonus kicks in after being with the company for more than 60 days. Every warranty that you sell, the consumer has a 60 day review period to cancel their policy and get a refund. If your consumer keeps their plan past the 60 day review period, you will be bonused for retaining that consumer.

Above is a breakdown of the hourly rate and potential retention bonus you can expect to make after being with the company more than 60 days.
When you first start out, you’ll be making an hourly wage – that wage will increase throughout the week depending on how many sales you make. If you make one sale a day (that’s 5 sales for the week) – then your hourly rate would be $16.75. There is NO CAP on hourly pay, if you make 15 sales in a week your hourly wage increases to $50.25 per hour.
This pay scale does not include daily/weekly spiffs, so your earning potential is even greater.
