SCC working hours are Monday through Friday (we do NOT work the weekends).
Since we all work in different timezones, here is a breakdown of the shift times dependent on your sales performance:
Trainees start off on a shorter PM shift for 5 hours each day:
Eastern Time: 2:30pm – 7:30pm
Central Time: 1:30pm – 6:30pm
Mountain Time: 12:30pm – 5:30pm
Pacific Time: 11:30am – 4:30pm
Quota: In order to move to the AM shift (6 hours per day), then you will need to hit a quota of 2 sales in one week and be pitching at least once per hour (4 times during your 5 hour shift). Trainees are on indefinite probationary periods until they can hit this quota.
Sales Agents work the AM shift for 6 hours each day:
Eastern Time: 11am – 5pm
Central Time: 10am – 4pm
Mountain Time: 9am – 3pm
Pacific Time: 8am – 2pm
Quota: In order to move to the Full-time shift (8 hours per day), then you will need to hit a quota of 4 sales in one week for an average of 4 weeks in a row.
Senior Agents work Full-time shifts for 8 hours each day:
Eastern Time: 11am – 7:30pm
Central Time: 10am – 6:30pm
Mountain Time: 9am – 5:30pm
Pacific Time: 8am – 4:30pm
In order to move up in shift time – you need to hit the quotas required. If you hit the quotas required and want to stay where you’re at, that’s fine too.
