Dispositions – Resulting a Call

Dispositions are how agents result a lead (or a call). Every lead that you encounter in Vanillasoft will need to be dispositioned. Once you result (disposition) a lead, another lead will pop up for you.

Before that – there are a few tactics we want to discuss to help you be more successful on the phones.

  • Double-tap every phone – call every lead twice in a row if they don’t pick up the first time (that’s called a doubletap) and is very effective in getting people to pick up their phone and say “hello”
  • NC stands for “No Contact” – if you don’t speak to a human being, then you will most likely use NC if the phone goes to voicemail (do NOT leave a voice message) or the phone rings and no one picks up.
  • Disposition correctly – if a contact picks up and says “hello” and they say nothing after that – then you would NOT result that as an “NC” because it got a contact (they picked up and said “hello”).

We have a disposition one-pager (or cheat sheet) that lists out all the dispositions and when to use them as well as what you want to add to your comments.

You can download the below PDF and save it to your computer – if you have trouble resulting a call – follow this cheat sheet.
