Bria Teams Overview

Ok, now it’s time to set up Bria Teams – it is used for two things at SCC:

VOIP – voice over internet protocol – which is basically fancy-talk for calling people over the internet (through your computer).

Internal Messaging System – it enables you to direct message your managers and other team members.

You will receive an email from an SCC Admin that says ” This SCC Admin has invited you to join their Bria Team” – this email may end up in your SPAM folder – so check there before telling us you did NOT receive the email.
